This is part of an article that I found on a blog and I thought it has a lot of truth to it. I also felt alone uncertain if this was normal.. Know that you are not alone.  What have we done? Are we going to make it? Why is this so hard? All questions I asked myself many times during my first year of marriage. We were arguing. We were fighting. It was really hard. And every day I thought something was wrong. I thought we had a bad marriage. Nobody warned me about the first year. But take this as a warning…the first year of marriage is difficult. If you are in the first year of marriage and thinking about giving up…congratulations. You are now…married! But let me encourage you…do not give up. Everyone struggles. You are not unique. Persevere. There are better days coming. Your marriage will get better. Do not walk out. If you walk out now you disqualify yourself (and your spouse) from years of joy. Stick with it.
Hello Dear Readers, The past six months.. wow where have they gone? As we grow a bit older everyday it seems that time flies faster. I have started a new position as League Administrator at Regina Soccer which I am loving. More responsibility and pressure, but I like the challenge. I'm learning so much and really enjoying it! Luke has started a new job selling home water filtration systems which he is really liking. He loves talking with all the different people he comes across. He's even made some sales. :) In June we took a trip to BC for my dear cousin Hannah's wedding which was spectacular. We also had the chase to go to the Island for a couple of days which I really enjoyed. Going to the place that I so dearly wish to move back to some day. God is on the move in my life that is for sure. I've been going through the motions for the past while though. Really not having that passionate authentic relationship with Jesus that I once had. I long for that again
